  This is a great agency filled with helpful, caring people. They helped me get specialty insurance for a graduation venue. All went smoothly without any glitches. I will definitely work with them again!

  this is not meant to slander anyone ,it is just an explanation of an experience I had . I recently I needed auto insurance to apply for my license plates on a 65 mustang , I was referred to a one Sherry Unruh ( Allstate in Windsor) for a policy and recommended to purchase a Hagerty policy , I informed sherry this car was not even running / garaged and would be cancelling immediately after getting the tiltle into my name . She came back with a price of $90 some dollars and an agreement was made . Within the next week I received a stamped return envelope with some papers to sign and return. I Email Sherry and asked if I needed to return these and she said since I cancelled my policy it was NOT necessary . After a couple weeks I receive a billing notice of $30 for not returning these papers . I immediately sent an Email and asked what this was for , She proceeded to tell me I needed to sign those papers stating I had medical coverage on the car. Once again I told her this auto doesn't even run , She proceeded to send some minion of hers to look into it . A week goes by and She sends an Email to just sign papers and return them , which I did ... well She Emails me and informs me that since I hadn't done it within 14 days I still owe the $30 and she exhausted her options ON HER MISTAKE , and threatens ( BULLY) me with an Allstate Policy to send to collections . well I sent back notice that a pathetic apolgy you left me followed by an excuse is no way accepted and will receive many a review ( from Me) till the end of time ,I will pay my bill because these big corporation will bully you with credit ratings and bleed us into thinking , their actions have some recourse from the people who read this !
