- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mother and I went into the Chase bank in Windsor and had the heartbreaking job of closing my late brother's account. I accompanied my mom as a support. We went in and were told that we needed to wait for a banker to assist us with closing the account. We were waited on by Chase employee Travis Dumler. To make a long story short, it became quite an ordeal and we were treated very callously and cold by Mr. Dumler who made the experience very, very difficult. After several minutes of Mr Dumler scrutinizing ALL the NECESSARY paperwork we decided to take our business elsewhere at which point Mr. Dumler replied, "GOOD RIDDANCE". He is a very cold, lacking in compassion and ill-mannered individual, and POOR REPRESENTATIVE for customer service and Chase Bank.By Amber E. White, January 07, 2017
